We have a full service drywall and painting division.
Pacific Building Services uses the best materials, and have a high attention to detail. We take full responsibility for hanging, sanding, and painting throughout the space. Our quality standards are set high. Pacific Building Service has a fast production drywall division as well as a full-service production and custom painting division that work expertly and efficiently. Our drywall division has been featured in magazines and television.
We pride ourselves in doing the same high quality work we do in Rancho Santa Fe on the most expensive and largest homes in San Diego, as we do on a small patch job in any part of San Diego. P.B.S. inc. treats every home or office as if it were our own.
We are one of the last companies that can do interior plaster by hand. Jeff Walker learned by hand to do every type of finish before he went to automated tools. He trains and expects each of his employees to learn and perfect every type of finish. There isn't a finish out that we can not match.

Foam, the industries new best friend. We can make beams, columns, crown molding and just about anything out of foam. Its glassed with tape, plastered and than a finish that replicates the look we are going for. The finish mimics a wood beam that would cost thousands of dollars for a fraction of the costs. Columns precast can be too heavy and too expensive. Our foam columns are light but tap on them and they feel like concrete at a fraction of the cost. With wood prices going up on a daily basis you might want to look into us doing your details with foam!

We can assist your efforts to obtain financing by providing cost breakdowns, descriptions of materials, lists of subcontractors and financial reports to your financial institution or insurance company.
We work with your insurance or home warranty policy.
We will provide you with a project schedule. These will display tasks to be performed, scheduled dates of completion for each task and the amount of funds that will be required at specific stages. This schedule can be adapted to your financial and design requirements.
For total Peace of mind PBS inc offers a home Warranty plan to fit your needs. Even if we didn't build it. PBS will inspect your home and come up with a specialized home warranty based on your needs and budget.
We also work with marinas in San Diego to clean interior's of boats. This includes full shampoo and odor removal upon request.
PBS inc. has completed extensive interior re-habs and remodels in boats.
